WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Gabe Evans voted to pass the Fiscal Year 2027 Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies (MilCon-VA) Appropriations Act, legislation that fully funds veterans’ health care and benefits, strengthens military readiness, and invests in the quality of life of servicemembers and military families.

The legislation provides $157 billion in discretionary funding for military construction, veterans affairs, and related agencies — alongside $329.9 billion in mandatory funding for veterans programs and benefits.
