WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Gabe Evans voted to condemn socialism in all its forms and oppose the implementation of socialist policies in the United States. Evans cosponsored the resolution, introduced by fellow Colorado Republican Rep. Jeff Crank (CO-05).
The measure passed 220-192 with Colorado Republicans voting in favor while Colorado Democrat Representatives Jason Crow (CO-06), Brittany Pettersen (CO-07), Diana DeGette (CO-01), and Joe Neguse (CO-02) voted against the resolution.

The Stop Pills that Kill Act would implement new penalties and close a sentencing loophole for counterfeit pill production. It would also require the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to create a comprehensive plan to tackle the influx of deadly pills.
