The legislation establishes new grant programs to help state and local law enforcement agencies and non-profits stop fentanyl dealers, protect officers in the field and educate young people about the dangers of fentanyl and counterfeit drugs.

Kennedy Jr. and CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz for launching the landmark $50 billion Rural Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP). The program was made possible through the Working Families Tax Cuts, which Congressman Evans voted for in July, and funds the single largest investment in rural healthcare in American history.

In a letter, Congressman Evans takes Polis head-on in response to Executive Order D 2025 005, which threatens to withhold over $100 million in state funds from Colorado cities that aren't complying with recent state housing mandates, including municipalities in CO-08.
