Congressman Gabe Evans, Congressman August Pfluger, and Congresswoman Laurel Lee introduced The DHS Intelligence and Analysis Oversight and Transparency Act, legislation requiring the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) to conduct an annual audit of I&A’s information systems and bulk data, in a manner consistent with I&A’s intelligence oversight guidelines.

Congressman Gabe Evans just introduced his first bill: The UPLIFT Act. This legislation is Congressman Evans’ commonsense solution to many of Colorado’s sanctuary state problems. Let’s break it down:

Problem: It’s hard to get criminal illegal immigrants off the streets 

WASHINGTON — Former cop Congressman Gabe Evans today introduced his first bill: The Unhandcuffing Police to Locate and Interdict Foreign Transgressors (UPLIFT) Act. The UPLIFT Act pushes back against Colorado's sanctuary state policies, supports local police, and helps get dangerous criminals off our streets.

Congressman Gabe Evans just released this video statement addressing the current conversation about cutting waste and abuse within the Medicaid system. 

Before Colorado Democrats can say anything about Medicaid, they should first answer why Colorado is using taxpayer dollars to pay for free health care for illegal immigrants and dead people.
